The promise

Nobody makes money off your data.

Not vendors, not clouds, not us. This page is the whole of it, in plain words, with a date.

What we collect

Only what the system needs to run. For Keep that means the operational metrics on the box itself, which stay on the box. For Mesh that means nothing: requests pass through a process on your own computer and we never see them.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you write to us or request a pilot, we keep what you sent so we can reply.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it. We do not train models on it. We do not keep a way into your system after we hand it over.

Where the line is

A private AI has a perimeter. For Keep, that perimeter is your network boundary, and we prove nothing crosses it with a packet capture at your firewall. For Mesh, the perimeter is your machine, and the gateway exists to police what leaves it.

If this ever changes

We will say so here first, with the date, before it takes effect. This page was last updated 17 September 2026.
