Commercial use
Organizations, and any use in connection with commercial activity, need a commercial agreement for production use. Personal non-commercial use and non-production evaluation stay free under the Additional Use Grant.

When the commercial path applies
A separate commercial license is required for any use in connection with commercial activity, by an individual or an organization, including production use by or for an organization, and when Mesh is embedded in a product, managed service, internal production platform, or customer delivery.
This site does not publish pricing or release dates. Those are handled in a signed agreement.
A commercial agreement can cover
- Named production environments and customer use cases.
- Support, onboarding, and maintenance commitments.
- Managed-service, affiliate, and embedding rights when expressly included.
- Security, warranty, liability, fee, and renewal terms.
What to do next
If your use falls outside the Additional Use Grant in BUSL 1.1, ask for a written licensing determination before deployment. Write to hello@skilak.ai.
