What these pages collect

Nothing. The Download page makes one product-owned request to read the stable-release manifest so it can show verified, version-specific installer links. Everything else renders from static files already in your browser. The general skilak.ai privacy notice covers hosting logs and the contact form.

Product and dashboard data

The operating product is separate from this website. The docs describe a payload-free audit trail and a localhost-only dashboard that shows aggregates rather than raw records. Audit metadata and keyed fingerprints can still be sensitive; those runtime systems are operator-controlled, and the operator chooses access and retention.

If an operator enables support email, a reverse proxy, or other external services, those services have their own privacy terms.

Regulatory disclaimer

Skilak Mesh does not guarantee complete identification or redaction of Protected Health Information or other regulated data. Skilak LLC is not a HIPAA compliance certification provider, does not act as a Business Associate, and does not execute Business Associate Agreements for self-hosted deployments. The operator assumes sole responsibility for HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable regulations.

Detection of names and other free-form personal data is statistical and incomplete. The optional person-name detector is built on spaCy's en_core_web_sm, whose published NER accuracy is roughly 85–92% on typical English names, and it is off by default. Do not treat Mesh as a de-identification control.
